Amazing place to stay even in winter! They contacted us before we arrived to let us know our room and code, room we nicely prepared for us - it felt so good after a long drive in the winter. Location is great along the fall river close to downtown Estes Park. We also saw some Rocky Mountain Elk right off our room window. Have a Kitchenette was great! And the spa like baths were very relaxing! Absolutely would recommend this place!

We just returned from a great weekend staying at Aspen Winds on Falla River. Phil and Dot were amazing hosts! They suggested great places to eat and things to do. We felt like we were staying in a dear friend’s home, not in a hotel. The rooms were spotless, large and so comfortable. When we got to our room and opened the back door, a large bull elk was laying just steps away. Amazing sight. We can’t wait to return to this special place.

We've stayed here twice. Rooms are comfortable. Little kitchenette. Walk out to the fall river with coffee in the morning. Elk in the yard! 2 minutes to the entrance to RMNP. We wish the bed was a little bit firmer but that's just our preference. A little bit of road noise but it isn't loud & there's a box fan in the room for white noise. The calm place makes up for it. It's a nice spot for a mellow visit to Estes.

My husband and I stayed a couple of nights. The owners are really friendly and accommodating. Place was super clean and welcoming, nice decor. We did sit outside our room that overlooked the Fall River and also enjoyed their gazebo area. Very close proximity to RNP, great location.
